Jonathan Herman, our private equity division president, has a wide-ranging depth of financial and operational expertise, which includes time as an auditor at Deloitte and serving as Controller, CFO, and COO for KV Capital. His experience includes growing and building businesses as both an executive and as a PE partner to portfolio company management teams throughout Western Canada, launching KV Capital’s private equity division, buying and selling companies, and successfully managing multiple funds.
Jonathan identifies business opportunities and translates them into actionable investment plans through a collaborative approach. A part of the KV Capital team since 2011 and a keystone in the firm’s growth, Jonathan works with stakeholders to execute investment theses that create win-win outcomes.
