Evan serves as an underwriting analyst on the commercial real estate finance team where he helps assess, underwrite, and secure financing requests for various real estate projects. In addition to possessing more than three years of experience across the finance and real estate development industries, Evan is pursuing his CFA designation, having recently passed Level I. He also holds a specialization in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the Corporate Financial Institute.
In parallel to his professional pursuits, Evan is deeply invested in fostering mentorship, and contributing to community-building initiatives. Evan serves as a board member of the Business Alumni Association for the Alberta School of Business where his volunteer efforts extend to organizations such as Junior Achievement and various working groups focused on city revitalization.
Personally, Evan enjoys hiking in the Rockies, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
